What's the minimum monthly GMV to work with you?

$300K+/mo is our best-fit range. We review $150K–$300K accounts case by case; below $150K, an in-house operator and a focused tool stack are usually more cost-effective. Pre-launch brands with a serious inventory plan are a separate conversation.

How is pricing structured?

Launch is $3–5K/mo plus a one-time setup fee. Growth and Scale add a performance bonus tied to incremental GMV or TACoS improvement. Final scope depends on catalog size, ad spend, and marketplace count; the first audit is free and carries no obligation to continue.

What's the contract length? Can I exit if it's not working?

Standard is 6 months with a 60-day out after the first 90 days — enough runway to evaluate performance without locking you into an arrangement that is not working. There is no early-termination penalty when the out-clause is exercised in good faith.

I'm already with another agency — is switching worth it?

It can be if the answer to "what did my agency ship last week?" is unclear. Onboarding usually takes about 2 weeks alongside the current team; we review the last 90 days of decisions and document exactly what will change before taking over.
